Accepted Methods of Payment

All orders must be pre-paid in full before they can be processed.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We do not accept personal checks. 

In the event a payment is insufficient, counterfeit or untimely, an interest rate of 1.5% per month will be charged as well as the attorney fees and any other costs and expenses incurred during the debt collection process.  In the event of any arbitration or litigation between the parties arising out of any transaction, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs and expenses incurred. 

 

Manufacturer Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, email the Customer Service Department for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No packages will be accepted without an RMA number written clearly on the package.


Return & Refund Policy

15 DAY RETURN POLICY - Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at his or her own expense.  

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

If during the first 15 days, you choose to return merchandise purchased through mopeddlers.com for a replacement or refund less shipping, please review the Return Terms and Conditions below. If you fully agree with these terms and conditions and wish to proceed with your return, please contact us immediately and we'll open a support ticket and request an RMA. Within 1-2 business days of submitting your request, we will contact you with further instructions.  Returns for refund will be authorized during the first 15 days after delivery.  After 15 days, RMA's for replacements only will be authorized. 

 

Return Terms And Conditions

The Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at his/her own expense.

 

Prior to any return, you must obtain an RMA from a Customer Service Representative.  Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, replaced, or refunded.

Merchandise must be returned in 100% new, re-salable condition.  Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way or gas has been added to the fuel tank.

All returns must meet the following terms in order to be eligible for a full refund:

·       Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

·       Items must be returned in 100% new, re-salable condition, non-assembled, non-fueled, and unused.

·       Returns must include all original equipment, components, manuals, instruction sheets, cables, documents, packaging, materials and accessories.

·       Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

·       All manuals and warranty registration cards must be returned in unmarked condition.

·       Return shipment must contain original invoice or copy of original invoice.

 

Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.

 

Preparing your product for Authorized RMA return shipment:

1.    Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box: warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.

2.    Include your original invoice or a copy of your original invoice.

3.    Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from the Customer Service Department Help Desk.

4.    Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box). For your protection, we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment be insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

5.    Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

At the discretion of mopeddlers.com and X-Treme Scooters, returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or an additional processing fee may apply. If accepted, items returned without an RMA# are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

* Federal regulations prohibit transport of products that have been fueled; thus, we cannot accept returns on any fueled scooters, mopeds or other fueled products

Once merchandise has been accepted for refund, a credit will be applied to the account through which payment was originally made.

Signature Required Option:

We make a Signature Required Service available to all our customers at the time of purchase for a minimal fee. If this service is not purchased, mopeddlers.com will not be responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or stolen.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

Before completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the correct item(s), color(s), accessories, etc.  Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the speed at which we process these orders, once an order is placed it is generally processed & shipped immediately therefore we have a NO cancellation policy after an order has been placed.


NOTE OF BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:  Buyer must properly maintain product and routinely check fluids and inspect product to ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and all fasteners are secure before each ride. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.
